Worst repair experience

<p>I sent in my iMac which had a broken superdrive and it took about a week for them to repair it. When I finally went to go pick it up I find out they gave away the I brought my computer in to another client which also had my power cable in. They apologised and I thought I'd let it go until I got home and saw that my Super Drive is still broken and not ready any discs. Really will never bother using this company ever again don't do it to yourself rather trash the Apple product.</p>
