Excellent Customer service

I recently bought hiking gear at Expedition North in Somerset Mall. When I got to my destination, the shirt I bought had no buttons on the sleeve (long sleeve shirt) , with no other choice packed, I had to hike my 6 days with this shirt. Got back home a month later, I went back to the shop, with no till slip or tags for this shirt and just explained to the guy the manager they need to double check the shirts (the sleeve was rolled up when I bought it). Without hesitation (or proof that I actually bought the shirt from that store) the manager exchanged the shirt for me and was going to send the original back to first accent. Excellent friendly service when I did my original shopping, and excellent friendly service with the exchange! Much appreciated!
