Still waiting resolution - itinerary no: ***

Awful experience. Booked at Sun City for the long weekend. Only to discover they never made the booking at Cabanas... Was stuck on the phone for 4 hours repeating the situation to numerous agents. Then offered a refund or reservation outside of Sun City. Then promised to book at another property in the resort for the next night. Only to discover in the morning that there was still no email confirmation as promised.. Still waiting resolution.......
