Putrid customer service

I would like to know how long it takes to refund a client! 4 months later and I’m still waiting for Agoda/Expedia to finalize my query I had with StayEasy City Bowl. This so called refund was initiated in the 04 January 2023. Between Agoda and Expedia Group I am having no luck. Kindly refund my money!
