No feedback on refunds

I booked accomodation on Expedia.com on 7th November 2017 U$93.00 and cancelled immediately as it was not fulfilling my requirements. On the website they give you response refund has been processed and the call Centre does not provide any adequate feedback. To date I am still waiting for my refund, they told me to follow up with my bank I have done all that . My bank cannot trace any refund from them nor is there no refund showing on my bank statement. Iam utterly disappointed with the lack of service.
