horrible company

I bought an all inclusive package and only when I arrived at my destination I found out that transport to and from the hotel aka shuttle was not available. this is ridiculous and absurd. Imagine arriving to your destination, tired and restless only to find out that no car or bus is taking you to your hotel and you have to find your own way with a taxi or bus. Shame on Expedia.
