False advertising and non response from supplier

I booked accomidation through expedia. When we arrived there they were still renovating the place. Our room was not ready and when it eventuall was, there were no towels, the place was so dusty. There was furniture standing all over the place. The building still had lots of work to be done. <br> <br> I have emailed expedia several times to address this as we could not stay here we had to go to other accomidation,, but nobody replies to any of my mails!!!!! my email addresss is [Email Removed]
