Expedia...experts in unprofessionalism

This is the most ********* company you can come accross. I requested a refund in April and have not received it to date. When I called all they could tell you was that it’s being processed. They blame the issue with my bank yet they can’t provide a proof of payment. They’re are unprofessional and ********* and it appears as if they’re happy with refunds being processed for more than 5-months without even having the decency to contact one. They move you from Pillar to Pillar and to date they still have my money. What a bunch of ******!!!
