EXPEDIA ****

I agree with previous complainants…in relation to pricing, service and refunds. Pricing is now a time-wasting joke! I have made 6 attempts to get 2 simple economy flights from UK to South Africa. On ALL occasions, I either got to the last page and had my price DOUBLED or it says ‘there’s a problem our end’ and won’t let you proceed. They are right about the problem their end. It’s called Company Integrity!! If you start again you get good prices again….not the doubled ones you should get if pricing volatility were a true factor (which is the bull **** explanation you get from the virtual agent). I have also never received a refund from the COVID era where they cancelled my flight within an hour of me booking it….and I spent a year, writing, escalating to Expedia as KLM still have my money….and yet NO RESPONSIBILITY is taken by KLM or Expedia. **** Turpin would be proud of you!! At least he ****** to give to the poor!! You rob customers for greed. So I will no longer WASTE TIME on EXPEDIA. The prices are just a TEASE….
