EXPEDIA IS IT A **** ???

We made a booking through Expedia on 08/03/2020at the Town Lodge George for the weekend of *** we paid the amount of R 1971.52 in full it was the same weekend of the national lockdown which meant that ewe could not travel. I have been to Town Lodge in George in peson the dit not receive any payments from Expedia nor did we get refunded, none of the contact details of EXPEDIA is not working is this a ****. Personally I feel Town Lodge who appoint the as their agents should refund us or give us a complimentary weekend as they should open their clients to *****elent booking agencies
