Expedia is a ****

If I could give zero stars I would - total ****! Save yourself a lot of time and just book with the hotel/airline directly. Was promised an airline credit 2 months ago for my cancelled flight - I now realize the Expedia agents will just tell you anything you want to hear to get you off the chat. ive just been **** to the 4/5 times I’ve had to contact them via the stupid chat portal (because no, you cannot call them). I don’t know who is writing the reviews on their own website but it cannot be real customers - just look at their Facebook page and reviews to see the many thousands of people who have had similar experiences and issues. EXPEDIA IS A ****!!
