Do NOT book a holiday with Expedia .com EVER!

We reserved and paid for a stay at Manyane Resort in the Pilanesburg Game Reserve. Upon arrival the resort was closed and had been for more than 2 weeks already due to protest action and striking by disgruntled staff. Expedia took our money knowing the camp was closed and still have not refunded us after numerous e-mails from February 2023 to date. We had to seek alternative accommodation and therefore paid double! Expedia need to pay back our money!!!
