booked at hotel that doesnt exist and didnt care.

They booked us at a hotel that didnt exist and we only found out when we got there. They did not take responsibility and didnt even make an effort to try find us an alternative hotel. They failed to refund us for one of the bookings. When we finally got a hotel they messed up by booking us for 1 day less when we have paid for all days. Worst service provider ever and they take no responsibility for anything. Thats not how we treat customers as we paid with our hard earned money.
