Beware of booking with Expedia!!

Beware of using Expedia for hotel bookings!! They keep descriptions in the small print for rooms on Vietnam hotels!! Booked a room, only to find out after making a non-refundable booking, that the room does not have a window!! When you question it, they say sorry nothing we can do!! When you try call there call centre there customer service people just push you from person to person!! They have plenty competitors who offer real customer service!!
