Parcel for Dalene Pretorius

I've received a parcel from Canada. It was in September 2019. I allready paid a lot of fees to received the parcel. But till now nothing THEY DEMAND ANOTHER R2000.00 from me. After I allready paid them R10500.00. Why can't they just deliver my parcel.Cause I haven't got any MONEY to pay for another fee.
