I hope this review reaches you in time! I am a first time home buyer and was unaware of the process. I have been conned out of money from this real estate agent. I had thought at the time, in July 2023 he was selling a house through ExP South Africa which he was employed at. Vikesh Dunpall requested deposits to prove that I am a serious buyer. He promised to take care of my funds while we go through the process of looking for bond quotes and negotiating with different banks for the best rates. From July 2023 to December 2023 we negotiated on the price of the house and bank rates and during mid December I signed a bond application. I then get a call a few days later to inform me that the sale is not going through as the sellers are having a "family issue".

After contacting the Operations Manager of ExP South Africa, I was informed that Vikesh Dunpall’s contract has been terminated from Exp South Africa on the 17 of August 2023 and he has done this deal privately and not through ExP South Africa.

If you are unfortunate enough to meet him and talk about purchasing a real estate, know that he is wasting your time, all he wants is your money.

I have been trying to get my funds back from him from December 2023. He keeps telling me, is that I will get it in 3-4 days. I believe he has spent it and is wasting time to con another person who will deposit money into his Hope Corp account for a house they intend to buy through him.

He has some adds on Private Property and EXP South Africa are trying to get them taken down as he is prohibited to use the company name while he is no longer employed by them. Most of his adds are now on Gumtree.
