Disappointing Experience with *****ster Vikesh Dunpall from EXP South Africa

I recently had dealings with Vikesh Dunpall from EXP South Africa regarding my property at Bishopsgate Complex in Phoenix. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Firstly, Vikesh took an entire month to send me the lease agreement after the tenant had already moved in. I had to make numerous calls to him. While the initial deposit to him and first month's rent to me were paid on time, subsequent rental payments were consistently delayed. Furthermore, despite the lease agreement being for 12 months, the tenant needed to vacate the property at the end of January 2024 due to a new job in another city. Vikesh assured me that everything was legitimate, the communication and handling of the situation left much to be desired. The final blow came when the last month's rent was not paid to me, with Vikesh claiming that the tenant advised him to use the deposit as payment. Despite his promises, the deposit has yet to be refunded to me, despite numerous assurances and excuses.On multiple occasions, I have requested proof of payment from Vikesh, but he has failed to provide it. His lack of transparency and accountability have only added to my frustration disappointment and stress. Overall, my experience with Vikesh Dunpall from EXP South Africa has been extremely disappointing, and I would caution others against entrusting their property dealings to him. He has caused me nothing but stress and to add to it I was told he no longer works for EXP South Africa.

I was unfortunate to be ****med by him. But I hope others will see this in time and he is exposed for the con man he is. I don’t believe he is FICA accredited either.
