It would be a pity if you find a property you like and you have them as an agent.we purchased a property through this agency and the whole process was riddled with lies and confusion. The agent even forged initials on the offer to purchase.she knew nothing about the house she was selling. Didn't even bother to make sure that the seller held up their end of the deal or even checked the house before she handed it over to us. Rubble was thrown behind the boundary wall costing me an extra to remove.She merely declared ignorance. I reached out to the agency to raise concerns directly with them. They didn't even bother to respond. If you want a seamless process i would advise against this company. They were my worst experience.and this is not just a case of an agent trying to sell a house. This was ********* and unprofessional.
