Unprofessional Estate Agent - Faith Mulaudzi

Had the worst experience with this estate agency, I enquired about a rental property with an agent named Faith Mulaudzi and requested a viewing, we agreed on a Saturday then when I follow up on the day regarding a time, she tells me only then that she has not been able to get a hold of the tenant. I decide to be proactive and ask for an application in the meantime because I did not want to lose the unit, so I completed the application form and sent it back to her with all the supporting documentation. A few days go by and I ask for feedback and a viewing, but still, apparently she was unable to get a hold of the tenant. I ask if my application has been processed at least and she assures me that it has and that she would provide feedback later that day. It’s been two weeks, still haven’t heard a word from her. My partner attempted to call her and she tells him I must have done an application with someone else. She is so unprofessional and shady!
