VERY DISAPOINTED

I took my son to the doctor, paid the amount they told me to pay, and now they have the audacity to call me later claiming I didn’t pay the full amount. How is that my fault when they are the ones who gave me the figure in the first place? This is completely unprofessional, misleading, and unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with the way they’ve handled this.
