exp Medical centre receptionists services is pathetic.

All the doctors at exp Medical Center, Three Rivers are excellent good doctors and very kind with a caring behaviour, but it is a shame that we can't say the same from the receptionists who is working at the front counter who make the appionments and answers the phone. They are extremely unfriendly and not at all helpful. It seems like it's hard for them to be there. I am very friendly with them but do not get the same friendliness back. They are suppose to be phone you when you can colltect you scripture but they don't and their card machine never works. Then all the patients must first go to a bank to draw money. Petrol is expensive and we all are very busy. We can affort it to waist time like this. What if a person is so sick that he/she needs immediatly attention. Must he/she also go to a bank to draw money before they can see a doctor. Well, Many thanks to our doctors there for their excellent service anf caring behaviour but I really think you need to do something about your staff who makes the appionments and answers the phone. They can cause that patient don't want to go their anymore because of their unacceptional attitude.
