Bad service to explaining

Good day I visited the dentist this morning and I just needed a xray done of my gums cause I'm suffering from sinus but the experience I had there wasn't so fantastic,the lady I've got the booking from was fine assisted but the part of me paying cash and not using my medical aid wasn't acceptable cause I was just told that I have to pay cash the medical aid doesn't pay for it fine paid the money went amd made a call to the medical aid they said it **** unless they aren't on the network but the doctor knows my medical aid and he wouldn't have reffered me to them if he was sure they didnt accept the medical aid so with that I'm not happy really.
