******* for wrong order

Exotic tikka in Palmview Phoenix delivers the worst customer service ever. On many occasions I had my order messed up. After months of not going there I decided to go. I asked 5 times in store if they were sure my order was right. The lady insisted it was. Upon leaving I asked for the last time if my order was right and she said yes and so I left. To my disappointment the order was yet again messed up and it was meant to be mild tikka for the kids but instead we got hot. When I called the shop all they could offer me was a sorry and that they were too busy to double check if my order was right yet the lady **** to me so many times about my order being right. They didn't even offer to correct the mistake made from their side. The staff are rude, unhelpful and don't provide good customer satisfaction!!! Such a *******!!
