Unfair Business Practices

Good day, I'm a small upholstery business owner. The company that I would like to report on is ' Exotic Kitchen's Springfield Park ,Durban.

I have been offering my upholstery service to Exotic Kitchen's for the past 3years. The owner doesn't believe in giving a deposit before starting any orders. However my complaint is that I have rendered services in December 2021. He refuses to take my calls or respond to my messages.

Inspite of my dire need for renumeration, The owner has been holding back payments for my last 4 invoices, all which he approved. I have visited the Showroom in Springfield Park on several occasions. He had blocked me on his phone.

Kindly assist me as it's been over a month that the invoices submitted are overdue. Please assist me in retrieval of funds as all the invoiced orders have been installed. I didn't want to take drastic measures for monies outstanding. But everytime the accountants keep giving me the run around.

My Company is Dezign1509 PTY LTD

The owner of Exotic Kitchen's is Deno Naicker. And his P.A is Elizabeth/ Suren. I've been hospitalised due to this non payment. It may not be an exorbitant amount to Him. But I can't figure out why he is holding back payments , more especially for 4 invoices.
