Bad service in the supply and installion of a granite countertop.

I searched for a Contractor on BARK to provide me with Granite countertops. I was contacted by Andrew from Exotic Kitchens (Iceberg Kitchens T/A Exotic Kitchens) and everything seemed OK, I signed a contract to supply and Install a Granite countertop and paid the full fee as per contract. The Granite countertop was installed late on a Friday and there was still grouting to be done to complete the job. I duly contacted Andrew, the Exotic Kitchen salesman who (TO MY ASTONISHMENT) told me I needed to pay extra for the grouting , and I cannot expect to just get it for free. He informed me he was the owner of the Co. and there was no-one above him. He gave me an exorbitant amount to pay, and said it was late and he had to go. (End of conversation !!) I guess that's what you get when the full amount is paid up front. - Total disregard for the job and client. I would recommend anyone to be very careful when dealing with Exotic Kitchens in Benoni. I would think that completing the installation includes finishing the grouting AS WELL. (I may be wrong but that is how i imagine it is done)
