I bought hair for my graduation. First consulted them via whatsap before purchasing the hair in terms of the date and time of collection which they agreed ( Saturday) only for them to tell me the following day that the hair will not be ready then later started ignoring my texts that time my graduation is a few days away. Responded two days later that the hair would be ready in the afternoon mind you I’m graduation @12. I explain that the hair needs to be installed and makeup needs to be done they then lie that they open @10 mind you I need to arrive an hour before graduating traveling from Pretoria , I then requested for a refund which they do not respond then again started ignoring my texts till this day. They have my money and I couldn’t graduate with the hair and they are so unbothered by it while they continue to post their hair and ignore my texts with no care That’s how I got ****med by exotic hair boutique
