Shocking after sales support

I brought a rear diffuser with duel exhausts for a bmw f30

I tried to install it on my 340i but the exhaust slots do not fit around the standard exhaust setup as the diffuser is designed for a 335i dual exhaust.

Spent R5000 on accessories and wanted to return the diffuser costing R1250 and was told to go spend more money to get it cut and refitted by a third party company.

Was refused a refund out right due to a 3 day return policy but shipping took over 4 days to arrived.
