RUDE SHOP ASSISTANTS! BAD SERVICE!

I visited your store today (Oakfields) I came in at 16:45 with my chihuahua to trim his nails and I have before. I enquired from the male shop assistant if the groomers will still there, he proceeded to look at the diary to check I suppose. He was then rudely interrupted by his colleague a female shop assistant (who I have seen multiple times at the pet store ) told us that the groomers were leaving in 10 minutes so we could not be helped while she sat and played with the store parrot. They didn’t ask what we needed to do either. This isn’t the first time that I have noticed how terrible the staff at Exotic pets and Aquarium are. They have no customer service and a terrible attitude and disposition ESPECIALLY TO CLIENTS OF COLOUR. I have seen on multiple occasions how they are attentive and welcoming to customers that are not of colour.

I will never support this business again.

You need to sort out your staff. ASAP
