Owner very rude, services are below any standard of sorts

Aquarium cleaning service is genuinely not worth it. R850 for a half and hour service which strictly consisted of Vacuuming the gravel (where there is still dirty) and cleaning aquarium glass(still dirty). (Bearing in mind I was told my filter mat will be changed).

With regards to the so called ‘spring cleaning service’ the following link is stated that the filters should be cleaned/changed for a standard service, so just out of curiosity I would like to know are there any other special services you guys offer? Maybe a winter cleaning service? Summer service?

Then we could have quoted on your expectation. A maintenance call out was requested and that's what you got. Steven has done a maintenance call out and done what was expected. Please feel free to use other maintenance companies in future
