Horrible customer care and service!!! Very rude employee

Very unhappy.. I called to find out more and to book an appointment for the grooming services.The lady that answered the phone was terribly rude & unhelpful.. As a customer there was no enthusiasm nor care taken. I will be taking my business elsewhere... I would not have someone working for me if they spoke to clients the way she spoke to me!!! Highly disgusted at your customer service!!!
