Exodus Events-Do Not Use this Company

My personal experience with Exodus Events.

We booked a party setup well in advance and made payment timeously. Everything was going well until we requested that setup time change as stated on contract +/-2 hours prior to event. He expected to setup at 08h30,however venue was only booked from 10h00. He became very arrogant and rude and when we questioned him about his rudeness, he cancelled the setup. This was one night before the event- absolutely no consideration. When I requested my refund as he was not doing this job on his own accord, he told me that I need to wait 7 days****il he decides to pay me). When I informed him that he cancelled and not me " If I keep talking like this i will have to make you wait 7 days for ur payment..."

He is the most rude, inconsiderate person and should not run a business.

Do yourself a favour and choose a reputable service provider that will not try to sabotage your event.
