Stop loss not respected

My stop loss was not respected and momey was deducted from my account while I had a stop loss in place same as my open trade position. I had moved my stop loss to my open position when i was in profits.

The are listed on Trust Pilot but all the good reviews are there but all the bad rev6get reported on the wrong place. You people need to report your bad experience on Trust Pilot aswell.

I want my money asap!
