Withdrawal problem

This broker is nonsense ...I really trusted them more than anything .I chose to start with them this year .but only to find out they are worse. I've been trying to withdraw funds for a week now without any success, the live chat consultants aren't very helpful either ,it's like they don't know why I'm talking about.all I want is my withdrawals
