SUPPORT SERVICES - WHAT SUPPORT??????

I am disappointed with the so called Support Services, my price alerts stopped activating more than 2weeks ago, I have sent them emails, the Live chat is useless as I spoke to at least 7 people and they all disappear and the chat ends!!! This is nonsense support as now I have to watch the market all day waiting for price to get to a specific zone. Case #***5 from 6days ago after I telephonically spoke to someone who has promised to call me but never does so. This is ******* service!!!!
