Some really ****ED up service from this rodiculous broker, I regret ever making a deposit with them. I lost my cellphone, because in south africa phone get ****** even snatched off your hands while on a call, Its been 5months trying to get help just to update my cellphone number, as a result I can't do anything on my account except for trading, because everything else requires a code to be sent to a cell number I no longer have access to. Its been the most frustrating 5months ever, all you get is an automated bot thats good for nothing. Its so easy to deposit, but withdrawals are a nightmare at exness, I've read other peoples reviews about this broker and I thought they just exaggerating. Now im on the recieving end. Do yourself a favour and look for another broker. These guys service is utter ****.
