Exness service not acceptable.

I am very dissapointed, I have made a deposit into my trading account but nothing is showing! I have emailed and requested support now I have to wait 24 hours were I could have made trades and perhaps made money on the trades instead now I have to wait for them to see if. My dep went through. I never have this issue it usually shows immediately. I am very disappointed and wish to be refunded this is not how it is suppose to work.... I am. Looking for another broker currently.....
