Bad customer service.

What a ****y broker, I wouldn’t recommend them even to my worse enemy. Their customer is bad. I’ve been trying to change my number where they send OTPs to and I followed all the steps as requested but no one is getting back to me even after sending a lot of follow up emails. Luckily I didn’t deposit a lot of money and now it’s stuck on their platform because they refuse to change my number so I can confirm it’s me that’s trying to make a withdrawal.
