abuse of authority

i was working for a company called exlusively foods and the owner deducts money from our sallaries for food that goes off and for any trollies that is being damaged and i went home with a sallary of R248 every week. please guys can anyone give me advice. what can i do and who can i aproach to to take them to court cause i just feel that the owner is exploiting the people of east london. im sure he spends more on his dog then on the people thats making money for him
