WORST COMPANY EVER THEY DONT PAY

I was harassed and threatened during working hours for weeks. I contacted compliance and HR no one helped me and when this guy and i got physical fighting with eachother they dismissed me and gave him a warning dispite them knowing I have been complaining about this man. They dismissed me and paid me 7000 out i worked there for one full year my OM Provident fund is empty because EXL did not contribute. I am broke searching for a new job and they ruined my reputation by allowing ***ual harassment in the workplace they have friends at the CCMA because CCMA doesnt help much when it comes to EXL
