UNPAID ANNUAL LEAVE DAYS AND PROVIDENT FUND NOT SUBMITTED

from the 02/11/2017 after i wrote my 1st review about EXL SERVICES PTY LTD,i have not had any responses from them after all the promises that i have been getting from the HEAD OF HR,Slene Poppolio ,i called her after i managed to get her personal number and promised a callback and email of my payslip,this is bearing in mind i have advised her of my leave days that were unpaid,sill no response till today on wattsapp all she does is READ AND IGNORE. the 10/11/2017 decided to go and hand in my provident fund form to be submitted to OLD MUTUAL for pay out and 4 days later went to the nearest branch and was told it was not sent through to them for pay out...

this is the kind of service that EXL and its HR and vice president do their employees ...they not employee orientated
