RESIGNATION :UNPAID ANNUAL LEAVE DAYS AFTER SERVED NOTICED

I Siphosethu Tshambula worked for the EXL company for 1year and 4months,decided to leave the company and served my full notice which was 1 month,and had 12 days annual leave and was advised by zeeyad Abrahams who is a operation manager that i cannot take leave while serving my notice however i will get paid for it.i did as i was told.

its a month now after i have left and was paid last month my salary which was due to me,and this month i was supposed to be paid my annual leave and my days that i served my notice for.well called the senior vice president,Mr peire devilliers on the 01/11/2017 after being told by my fellow colleagues that i resigned with and served notice with that they got paid ,and he promised a call back on the 02/11/2017, and still waiting and tried to call him and and sent messages and there is no reply and no pick up all of a sudden.the HR lady by the name of nicollete Elliotte just does not care at all as she gave an attitude when i personally went to the office to fetch my provident fund form i was given a attitude.....this actually is the most disgusting service that i had worked under were they are not employee orientated,and always bring up issues when they have to pay their employees and mr devilliers has promised us that he is more for he employee however i find it very difficult to believe that as he cannot get back to me after he promised to do so..
