Recruitment

I attended an interview last week, a recruiter called after I sent my CV. Please note my job history and dates are on it. At the interview a lady named Jadey did a group interview and called me one side and said she's going to send me home because I've worked at 2 Companies within in 3 years this after I advised her I had a high risk pregnancy with the 1st and when all was well got a job offer at another, I then told her I really want to go through with the interview because my reasons for leaving is valid I mean 1 was medical reasons and the other very personal. she said she happens to know the lady who was my ops at the second company and she could just text her. She asked told me I'd be a liability to the company. She also rejected 2 or 3 other ladies purely because they have babies which is discriminating and put them on the spot yet the was a male who also has a 6 month old baby and she had no problem with him even thou the ladies told her they already have day mothers for the babies. She rejected another and told him his voice isn't American enough.

I have alot of experience in the BPO industry and never have I came across this. If a recruiter has your Curriculum Vitae and see you work history and don't like it. They shouldn't call.
