EXL or a MANIPULATION to

Hi. Last year I app**** to EXL (Jumio Department) and made it through the assessments. Received an employee opportunity but later that day I received another email to state that my employment opportunity was rescinded due to bad debt. However, after paid my debt I then app**** again and got accepted last year December 2021. I approved their offer due to being in need of a job. I understood the 6 months probation and that targets needed to be met of 99% and nothing less. Over the last 5 months (today meets the so called 5 months of being with the company). 15 staff members were called on Monday that over the next two weeks we need to keep to the targets and after the two weeks of BAU, our employment would have been reviewed. Hence, last night we the 15 staff members were called into a meeting with HR out of the blue to state that our employment is coming to an end and that we needed to leave the company with immediate effect ("our minds were not in the right space" according to the company). We need to report back on Monday for a final review. However, over the past 5 months, I have been questioning my performance with errors that the company has caused on me. I highly recommend that no one should apply for a position within EXL because you will be defeated emotionally with poor management and support. Do not fall for their wise words. If a company really wants you, they will keep you and not think the other way of letting staff people go based on their quality. Don't get me wrong, we were not lazy. We were hardworking and done more scans then most other staff members who were lazy. It was communicated that in each batch, only 5 to 7 will make it through. I also do understand that one's probation can be terminated at any time but the process that management had was some other thing. AHT was one of the important methods with the quality of our work. I have brought up the AHT to HR and management last night but according to them, they told their client that AHT won't be met but only quality. Why was this not communicate to all staff members beneath them. They are not regarded as leaders but more like the devil. A leader will help you and support you. They will understand how to verify a document then criticise the production of their staff members. EXL is only a manipulation to your own health. In other words, do not be blinded! This post was removed last week but today it is being posted. Had the review with HR today. Said my say but all that they genuinely wanted for me to sign.
