EXL from HELL

I worked for EXL for over 4 years. Left the company in September 17th and I am utterly disgusted in how inconsiderate this company is. I have submitted my PF forms two weeks after I left the company and we are currently in the month of November and everytime I call OM to enquiry about my PF I am being told that I am still an active member and that I am still on EXL's payroll and to top this off that EXL last paid their contribution towards my PF claim in July, mind you I have only left the company in September. Not only are they messing me around but they also running behind on their contribution.

I can not even begin to tell you how many calls, emails and messages I have sent to different people. I am being ignored when i raise my concerns with the head of HR. I am being transferred from pillar to post. I am given lies soon lies.

This is so frustrating. Especially when you have poured your heart and soul in your company, and all to be treated this way. Dealing with EXL has literally stressed me out and gave me so much discomfort. I am not one to give bad reviews but EXL has given my options but to. I never knew how *********** EXL's HR staff is when it comes to matters like this.

What is so damn hard with exiting you from their payroll and make OM aware of it. They sure as hell not paying me so why am I on their payroll.

Very very very dissapointed in EXL and their HR staff. I would not recommend this BPO company at all. Like any other company I thought they have their ups and downs but how they are treating their hard and dedicated workers is SAD!!!!!
