Worst service and ********

I really wish I had come here to read reviews before ordering from them. I waited for over 2 months to get my items and when they finally came one of the sets was not the same as on the picture and it did not fit. So I asked to do an exchange and get the right one, they have been giving me the run around, saying I should email and when I do they do not respond to emails now I am stuck with an item that I did not order and do not even like and does not even fit. What can done about these people? Can they be reported to the cops? Because they cannot just take our monies and not deliver or deliver the wrong items and not allow you to exchange or refund!!
