Worst customer service

Worst service ever. Ordered around June and received my order beginning of August after numerous calls, no communication from their side and just "we doing all we can, we have a backlog". Then the item arrives and I decide to soak it in water and as I hang it, I notice it's torn. I sent an email from the website and I still have not received feedback. The "owner" honestly has no customer service and could learn a lot and understand that you never too busy for your customers.

Certainly never buying from them and would never recommend them. I have dealt with a lot of other businesses like hers but this one never again
