Worse customer service ever.

I've had the worse customer experience ever. I bought 2 dresses for 2 wedding on my exact size. When it arrived 3 days back it was very small. I sent it back overnight following their procedure and after multiple calls over 4 months they sent me one dress, I am still waiting on the other. Called them for refund, sent the details, now the number suddenly doesn't exist!

Now I know why their comment section on Instagram is blocked
