Waiting for refund since November 2023 to April 2024 .Not answering my calls anyone when calling

I ordered 2 piece and a dress from Exito, but when the order arrived i was not happy at all about the poor quality material and the sizes as well, therefore i returned the order back to the store and requested for refund since 23 November 2023 to 29 April 2024 . When calling they promised to escalate it to finance department but nothing happened. i have been calling since last week , even today they not answering my calls anymore
