They not a **** but they are UNRELIABLE

Ok my first experience in june was bad okay fine but I gave them a second chance I ordered on the 23 Aug called them and told them that I need the dress before Friday the 2nd of Sept they assured me that it will be so, I called several times during the week I couldn't get through phone is either buys or they just don't pick up and I never got the dress until today the 6th , October and the function I needed it for has passed. They are liers!!!! They kept telling me that they forgot to courier the parcel the whole week. They need to improve on their customers service it's pathetic!
