The worst customer service!

I bought a 4 items of clothing from EFH in June and I was told I would receive my items in 7 days, that did not happen, fast forward to a month and a half later I finally got 3 of my garments ( after endless unanswered phone calls, emails and getting blocked by madam Refilwe). The dress that was one of the 3 items I ordered looks like it could have been sewed by an 8 year old, it still has thread all over it and the material is the worst material I have ever seen on tight fitting dress. As of now I'm waiting for my missing item. If you are considering buying from them please spare yourself the heartache, it's not worth it!! EFH has the worst customer service I've ever seen!! The garments don't look anything like the ones advertised, I guess you have to be a celebrity to be treated with dignity or just mere respect!
